Estimator - $50M+ Building Developments.

An immediate vacancy is open for an experienced Estimator with exposure to Retail Construction Projects. You will be Sydney based and joining a firm with strong staff retention and 180 people in their NSW business.

The successful Estimator requires:

• Experience as an Estimator on BUILDING projects in excess of $10Million and up to $150M. Ideally you will have experience working in the estimation of Retail projects valued anywhere from $10M- $150M.
• A degree in Building / Construction Management or Quantity Surveying.
• Excellent communication and organisation skills.
• Stable work history with longevity to a previous employer.
• Excellent employer references.
• Previous experience using Buildsoft estimating software.

Salary will be negotiated on a case by case basis after final interview. We anticipate this will be in the region of $130K + or -
